- If sammy never saw the thief threw the binoculars she wouldnt see the thief but she did she looked threw the hotel and saw him tacking money so she wante to find out who did it
- Sammy found out oscker is the hotel thief and he is the one that stole the 4,000 dollars. So osccer chases him down and Sammy yels for help and officer borsh came to help. After osccer was caught the police found a lot of money in his icecream truck and different outfits
- The theme is you always have consequense for everything you do oscer is being arrested because he stole money The point of veiw of this sene is the cops and oscers because we know what they both are felling. We know that oscer stole 4,00 dollars and he stole more money but we dont know where Sammy is or how long he is arrested
