- It is our policy to treat clients with respect and common courtesy
- This is a warning about taking time to speak and be polite on the job. Please go home and review our handbook. This will be written up for your file.
- UMM, well it was pretty early Mr. Depencier. I was too tired to talk

- Hey Cameron, are you using drugs on my job-site? Let me be clear- no drugs or alcohol ever being used while you are at work or even before you come to work for the day. You need to go home since you have drugs in your system. Take 2 days off without pay! When you come back be prepared to explain our work policies in detail to me. This is your second written warning on file.
- Oops! Not sure how that happened? Sorry, I forgot what you explained to me.
- Cameron, I showed you how to to properly install the trim work twice now and had you do it with me. I gave you an opportunity to practice with another guy on the job and ask me any questions if you weren't sure. This is now costing me alot of money from wrecked material. Please go home for the day without pay and meet me tomorrow morning in my office for a meeting

- Cameron, I'm afraid this is not working out. You have had 4 strikes against you and warnings a long the way. You have shown up late without a legitimate reason, you were unprofessional with a client, you engaged in drug use on the job-site and to top it all off you are costing me money in material and not doing your job properly. I have gave you warnings and reminders and education about policies and been very patient and you have not shown me a desire to learn, to be responsible, to respect and follow rules . I am letting you go and terminating your job. Please see yourself out.
