- Sir, Our rifles aren't firing efficiently and as per our soldiers, they say that it is the cartridges, it is getting jammed in their rifles. If there was a way to lubricate the cartridges
- He is busy for a couple of hours, please come around 4 o'clock pm
- Later that morning...
- Sir, I request you to grant me permission to meet the Governor - General regarding the issue of the rifles
- After a few hours [5 o'clock]
- This request... but you have a point on that controlling these people will be more efficient. As you know structured ruling starts with the smallest things. So I will grant you the permission but you have to come to me and tell the changes you have done in this new rifle and then I'll approve it.
- Lord, I want to address to you about a problem in our rifles. The soldiers and I have thought that if you'd grant us the permission to establish a newer and efficient riffle, it'll help control these people more better, as you already know many issues have arisen about the old, jammed rifles
