I hope you do well on your test.
Thank you so much Julie. i couldn't have done it without you.
Alissa studied as much as she could all night as well as the next day. She also reviewed all the steps and information Mrs. Alex gave her.
Metaphase: A phase when the spindle fiber connects to centromere and chromosomes line up at the middle of the cell
Interphase: The phase cell spends most of its life in, getting big and fat.
The Phases of the Cell Cycle
Anaphase: Where the Centromere divides and Chromatided are separated, and the Spindle fibers shorten.
Prophase: Centrioles go to poles and nuclear membrane fades. Chromatid pairs made and the spindle fibers form.
Telophase: This is a phase where the Cromosomes reach the end of the cell.
Cytokinesis: Final stage, gives each new daughter cell some cytoplasm and new organelles. Parent cell pinches between new nucleus until divided.
Guess what I got?! I got a 100 on my test!
A few days later, Alissa meets with Julie and Mrs. Alex on 10th Street, with awesome news!
That's awesome Alissa. Great Job!
