- To establish a budget see how many people you excpect to show up then set it a littel higher then add plus donations food drinks and to set up the evetn are all things you need to do
- Now that I know a good budget would be probably $2000 to support everything and have the tools to do this event.

- As we know we are holding an football event so good branding would be going around holding contest and have people saying they are holding certain events and support the community right before the superbowl
