Summer of 2016
My family and I went on abroad a cruise ship
My family and I were on the top of the cruise ship where the pool was
There were many people swimming and it looked very fun
However I didn't know how to swim and was confused and wanted to try it out myself
It sure does look fun though, I think I should give it a try.
Without thinking much, I jumped right into the pool.
However I fell under the water and got quickly pulled out by my parents with anxious and upset looks on their faces.
As I got back to our room I was crying a lot and was traumatized from the experience, knowing that there was a chance that I could've drowned.
My family sat my side and calmed me down from the horrible experience.
Nonetheless, I've learned something valuable and ever since then I also learned how to swim.
