- -Caught by an undercover cop selling drugs-admits to participation in crime-Places King at the scene-Claims they were going to split the money after the heat cooled down-went out for fried chicken after murdering shop owner
- -Store Clerk where robbery and murder occured-found owner dead-Black belt in Karate-Was returning from break to find money and cigarettes missing and his boss dead
- Witness Osvaldo Cruz
- -14 years old-Alleged gang member of the Diablos-claims he participated in crime because he was afraid of 'Bobo'-Blames King for most of the heist-Names Steve as the lookout
- -18 years old-Comes from a decent family-Claims to only know other defendants as acquaintances from neighborhood-Says he was not involved

- A black man who is also young, but older than Steve.he encourages Steve to be a part of his “crew” which will rob the drugstore. He is accused of being in the drugstore, wrestling Mr. Nesbitt for the gun, and ultimately shooting the older man to death.-Never takes the stand-Pleads the fifth
