  • Dill leaves Maycomb county in September to return to Meridian, this was after he met Jem and Scout.
  • TEACH ME? (EVENT 4)

  • Scout is going to school for the first time. She is in First grade.
  • WALTER (EVENT 5)
  • Scout's teacher, Miss Caroline Fisher, notices that she is brilliant in reading and writing, but the teacher instructs her to inform her father to not teach her, so that Scout can start over on her reading.
  • EXPLAIN ABOUT CUNNINGHAMS (EVENT 6)
  • As an effect to the teacher instructing Scout to Inform her father, Scout gives the teacher an explanation that her father did not teacher her, reading or writing.
  • Later during lunch, the teacher checks every student's lunch and notices that Walter did not bring his lunch. So, she was willing to lend him a quarter and told him to eat his lunch downtown. But, Walter refused taking the quarter three times.
  • The class knew about Walter and the Cunninghams and as result of Event 5 and Event 4, the class chose Scout to explain the teacher about the Cunninghams. So Scout talks about the Cunninghams in behalf of Walter.
