- Becca walked into work and was immediately given the silent treatment
- She had no clue what she had done and when she asked the girls just ignored her

- While on lunch break she overheard Ava and Jill talking about how ugly she was and that they were just ignoring her to be mean
- Ava then began to tell Jill that Becca had been seen kissing the boss which was totally not true.
- Becca was super upset but decided not to say anything. The next day when she came into work she was told she needed to do everything while Ava and Jill just sat there.
- Becca had enough and went to talk to her boss after work. The boss had no clue what incivility meant when Becca told him
- Becca said that incivility is behavior that creates an atmosphere of disrespect
- Becca then explained what the girls had been doing to her
- The boss said he understood and would handle it
- The girls were fired and had to apologize to Becca about what had happened
- Becca was also given a promotion because the boss felt so bad that it had happened and for so long
- Becca was super upset but decided not to say anything , the next day when she came into work she was told everything she needed to do while Ava and Jill just sat there
