Storyboard Text

  • It ain't fair that Pony has to stay here and be scared when he didn't even do anythin'.
  • We started it. We started it. WE STARTED IT!!!
  • OH MY GOD!
  • Cherri said that she would help us spie on the elite Socs, because she thought that it wasn't your fault that you killed that Soc.
  • Johnny said that he would turn himself in so that Pony didn't have to deal with being on the run. Dally gets mad, but then gets a bit more understanding.
  • Worried and scared, Johnny and Pony run to the church. This is only after they hear a scream from within the burning building.
  • Dally told Ponyboy and Johnny that Cherry is helping the speakers. They are even more surprised when he tells them that she turned into a spy for the Greasers even though she is a Soc.
  • Johnny and Ponyboy break a glass window, crawl inside, and save the children. Johnny, despite there being a fire, looks like he is having the time of his life.
  • Johnny gets hit by a big, flaming piece of timber and. lets out a scream as loud as a lion's roar. Dally hits Ponyboy on the back trying to put out the fire on Pony's back, but knocks Ponyboy out.
  • In the hospital, Ponyboy realizes that Darry loves him to death. Also that Darry is tough on Pony because he doesn't want anything bad to happen to Ponyboy.
