- First Amendment
- It is just so nice the first amendment lets you worship who you want to, as long as it does not hurt anyone.
- I can worship whoever I want. I want to worship the goddess of energy!
- Second Amendment
- I think we are getting robbed.
- Oh No! Let me grab my gun. I won't get in trouble because the second amendment says I can have a gun to protect my property.
- Third Amendment
- Yes of course!
- May I stay here. I am heading to the war front tomorrow and need a good sleep.
- It gives you a right to speak and write, like any god you want unless it hurts someone, have peaceful meetings against the government, say what you don’t like about the government, and put anything you want on the newspaper without getting in trouble.
- Fourth Amendment
- The Second Amendment is the law that lets adults have a gun.
- Fifth Amendment
- What you say will be held against you!
- This amendment is a law that lets soldiers live with you only if you allow them or during war.
- Sixth Amendment
- You trial was unfair. You will now be judge by a jury!
- This law says that the government could not look through your parents house and car unless the judge lets them.
- You can not search my car!
- The judge gave me a search warrant so I can.
- Yep I am going to wait for my lawyer.
- This law shows that if a person gets in trouble they will not be in court 2 times for the same law they broke, and it says that the person that got in trouble does not have to say anything because it can be used against them.
- If a person is said to have done something bad they will be allowed to have a speedy trial with a jury, a lawyer, and witnesses.
- We are your jury!
