Bandura presented the concept called "The Spotlight Effect". This is thetendency we have to overestimate how much other people notice about us. Here, I am overthinking (which I do often) how much people will notice the bags under my eyes from my lack of sleep.

Eyzenck presents the "Two Factor Model" which is personality that a function of two basic dimensions along which we vary. Within this, there is extraversion vs introversion. I tend to show more extraversion as I am outgoing and lively, as demonstrated above. This being said, I can also be the girl on the bench sometimes, and be more reserved or quiet.
How Rogers Sees Me
I'm a failure!!
Alfred Adler studied child's development and found that the main factor's influencing a child's development were sibling influences, known a birth order, and their feelings of inferiority. In my family, I have three older siblings and one younger sister. When I am around my older siblings, I feel inferior and tend to just follow along to what they do (show great agreeableness). When it comes to my younger sister, I have superiority over her and show leadership.

Freud studied the levels of consciousness in humans and presents us with a personality theory. This involves three separate parts: the id, ego, and superego. When looking at the id, we find ourselves in the unconscious highlighting our urges, needs, and desires. This need for immediate gratification makes me debate if I should do something to benefit myself, and tests my ego consistently. Here, I am debating to spend my dads money one something for myself, just so that I am not losing money.

From Carl Rogers, we learn about the idea that we have a built in motivation to develop our potential to the fullest extent. He describes this concept of an "Ideal Self"--or the self each one of us want to be. For me, I strive to be a successful student with good grades. This being said, when I see that my real self is far from my idealized image of myself, I am rather dissatisfied and consider myself a failure.

Carl Jung emphasizes this idea of archetypes as well as the idea of our "shadow". Our shadows are the unknown dark side of our personalities. They portray our negative qualities. Often when I see people that are controlling or bossy, I tend to criticize and condemn them to ensure that my focus does not fall on my own faults and destructive tendencies to be bossy myself.
I know right!!
