- Anna !Can you help me? I am planning to open a coffee shop. But I am confused where area should I do it.
- I am torn between Makati or in BGC
- That is Okay Elsa. It is really hard to know where to build your business if you do not have background in the area.
- But based on my own experience as a marketing staff, I would go to BGC, it is more high end place now rather than Makati.
- I'm really having a hard time to decide Anna. I think both place is great in terms of foot traffic.
- What does it mean Anna
- Example is this, right in front of your eyes. Here in BGC you can see a lot of local and foreign people.
- Also BGC as stated in its name a Global City, is known as a central business district wherein lot of businesses here are from foreign investors.
- That's why it's better to start a business here

- And what about Makati?
- Because of being centralized and a go to place, BGC will help your business make profit.
- Makati is also a good place for your business but not as good as what BGC can offer.
- But also expect that there's a downtime in all businesses.

- Being in a globally competitive place you can see how advance all the people and businesses here.
- Therefore, you have a lot of competitors here, so your thinking should always be outside the box.
- And why I seem to feel proud.. haha
- And I do like how I heard how advance the BGC is. It feels like we are in another country.

- You feel proud simply because in terms of cultural diversity our country is also on top of the line.

- Now that I am fully aware of all the possibilities that my coffee shop may face here, I think I am now convince that BGC is the best place to start my dream cafe.
