- Sarah wanted to host a birthday party. She prepared everything last minute including foods. She didnt order enough foods for the guests.

- But then she remembered satay that she had at her mom’s friend open house. She loves the satay so much that she asked her mom’s friend for more information about the satay.

- She immediately check their social media accounts to see if they taking large order last minute. She found out that they already had a website. She check on the website about the menu and prices with details information to find out more. She booked a GrabCar and went to restaurant to place her order.

- Sorry, you have to wait 2-3 hours for your order..
- In about 17 minutes, she arrived at the restaurant but the queue was so long. Once she arrived, the worker said she have to wait 2 to 3 hours.She got panic because she thought that her order might be received late so she decided to buy on the website.

- She went back home and open the website. She signed in as new customer on the website. After she chose the menu, she made payment and applied a promo code for first time buyer.
