- On the way home Odysseus in his men find the island of Aeolus and get a bag of wind, which even though they're warned to not open, the crew opened, making them get blown way off course.
- Road Back/Return
- Odysseus goes through the underworld and almost dies before getting out.
- Atonement/New Life
- Shortly after Odysseus gets out of the underworld, all his men die but Odysseus himself gets lucky enough to get found by Phaeacians and they give him safe passage home.
- Return/Resolution
- When Odysseus returns home he finds it overrun by suitors but instead of just going right in to kill them all he gets some spies in to make a plan.
- Athena disguises Odysseus as a beggar so he can infiltrate his overrun kingdom and wins a contest for Penelope, his wife, and slaughters all of the suitors with his son and two of his men.
- Odysseus finally gets to face his wife after 20 years, but she can't believe it's actually him so she tests him with telling her servant to move the unmovable bed, him reacting shows he's the real Odysseus.
