  • For my video, I will have to create an engaging and effective title to initially pull the audience's attention and let them know what they will be watching “The Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection”. The use of a relevant photo that represents the topic that is being talked about is further effective in providing the audience with an idea of what they will be watching within the video. Then I will have to create an introduction that sufficiently explains the topics that I will be talking about and examining throughout the video. This introduction will include an explanation of what both pieces of evidence we will be explaining are. What are comparative anatomy and comparative embryology? At the beginning of my video and in the introduction, I will show my face to more successfully point the audience in the direction that the video will be going and to also show them who the information is coming from and create a sense of personal connection which will help to keep the audience engaged. This introduction will use limited amounts of photos so that the audience can stay focused on what they will be learning. The words that I will be using within the introduction will be strong and enticing words, additionally, I will also be making sure that I use the correct scientific terminology so the information is as accurate as possible.
  • Now I will have to dive into more depth and reintroduce and further explain what the evidence f comparative anatomy is and how it can be used to help justify, provide reasoning and explain what the theory of evolution by natural selection is. To achieve this promptly, I will use information that I have gathered from the websites of John P. Rafferty, J., 2021. comparative anatomy | Definition, Examples, Facts. [online] Encyclopedia Britannica. Available at: https://www.britannica.com/science/comparative-anatomy [Accessed 4 September 2022].Dee, A., 2018. What is Comparative Anatomy?. [online] Study. Available at: https://study.com/learn/lesson/comparative-anatomy-evolution.html [Accessed 4 September 2022]., using these will be important because it will provide me with the correct information and knowledge to ultimately explain to the audience what comparative anatomy is. Throughout this stage in the video, I will be using soft background music to create a sense of atmosphere within the video, this is helpful in encompassing the audience's mind in the video and keeping them interested and focused on the information they will be watching.I will use images to accentuate some of the factors within the video. Providing visual aids within the video will help to further engage the audience by exploring another dimension of learning, and it will also provide extreme clarity as to what is being explained.
  • Now I will provide examples of evidence that support the ideas as to why comparative anatomy can be used as evidence to prove the theory of evolution by natural selection. Again throughout this stage in the video I will be using soft background music to create a sense of atmosphere within the video, this is helpful in encompassing the audiences mind into the video and keep them interested and focused on the information which they will be watching.I will use images to accentuate some of the factors within the video. Providing visual aids within the video will help to further engage the audience by exploring another dimension of learning and it will also provide extreme clarity as to what is being explained. The evidence that I will use to support how comparative anatomy supports the theory of evolution by natural selection is a diagram that depicts the anatomy of a femal human and a femal gorilla. On the video the image will be isolated to focus the attention of the audience on the information it is trying to convey. Furthermore, another piece of evidence that will be used is another source that shows the arm bones within a human, dog, bird and whale, it shows the similarities between the bone structures. Both of these sources will be used to show how despite looking different on the outside, the build-up of our internal structure is close to identical therefore showing how our outside body has adapted and evolved.Furthermore, while explaining how the evidence is relevant their will be a visual video aid created to further explain and help to visualize for the audience the similarities in anatomy of these different species. This visual video aid will be extremely useful in re emphasising ideas. The evidence I will use to support how comparative anatomy supports the theory of evolution is a photo that depicts the similarities of a female gorilla and a female human. This source will be used to show how despite looking different on the outside, the build-up of our internal structure is close to identical therefore showing how our outside body has adapted and evolved.
  • Now I will reintroduce and further explain comparative embryology and how it can be effectively used as evidence to represent the theory of evolution by natural selection. To achieve this sufficiently, I will use the reliable websites of Gilbert, S., 2022. Comparative Embryology. [online] Ncbi.nlm.nih.gov. Available at: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK9974/ [Accessed 4 September 2022]. Ernst von Baer, K., 2013. Comparative Embryology. [online] Evidence for Evolution. Available at: http://eewevolution.weebly.com/comparative-embryology.html [Accessed 6 September 2022].to gain the right knowledge to be able to explain everything within the video. Again throughout this stage in the video, I will be using soft background music to create a sense of atmosphere within the video, this is helpful in encompassing the audience's mind in the video and keeping them interested and focused on the information they will be watching.I will use images to accentuate some of the factors within the video. Providing visual aids within the video will help to further engage the audience by exploring another dimension of learning, and it will also provide extreme clarity as to what is being explained.

This source of evidence will be used to show how from the beginning of embryonic stages, all thee species are closely identical, thus showing how we derive from the same common ancestor and have only changed through the process of evolution by natural selection. I will add more images throughout the explanation to ensure that there is more emphasis on what is trying to be explained.
  • I will reinstate the video's aim, which was to show how Comparative embryology and Comparative anatomy are evidence for the theory of evolution. Then I will briefly re-touch on this evidence, thus representing how these topics are evidence for evolution by natural selection. The music will stop to help focus the audience's attention on the last brief explanation of the topics just in case they have missed anything. Images will continue to be used to help heighten and explain the information in the video in a more engaging way.
