- I am Deryn, The god of the forest
- I had used to be a normal girl and life was great.My parents are dead so i live with the animals in the forest.When i had started living in the forest it was hard knowing what to eat and drink and what to wear, But after a few days it got easy for me i had made friends with all the animals. Some taught me how to catch food like fish, and wild animals.
- One day everything had gone to a weird turn animals started to run and find shelters to stay safe, That had scared me because when i had realised that it was a storm no animals were there to help me and i did not know what to do.After the storm all the animals were sacred and the forest was ruined. That day i had prayed to the gods to make me a helpful part of the forest and make the forest better
- When i had woke up the next morning i felt weird, i Had become half of a deer. When i remembered that now i am a god i can help animals and save the forest. I was leader of the forest now i said i will do things good for the forest and help it when it gets hurt. I was very happy that when i prayed to the gods that they had listened to me.
