What is a Public Domain?

- This is my presentation on "What is a Public Domain"
- Public Domain is a category in which art (music, literature, art) that can't be claimed by anybody
- A good example of Music would be Deck the Halls, which as made in the 1800's was recently released in to the public domain in 2006
- Some ways a product can be put into the P.D. is if your copyright has expired or it's just been dated to enter the domain at a specific date
- Make sure any work that you didn't make is in the public domain, or you might be sued
