He was craving power, like his wife. When he comitted the crime, he became King of Scotland, being a cruel king.
Lady MacbethMacbeth's wife, she is ambitious, hungry of power and good social position. She is one of the three king's murderers, she urges her husban to kill King Duncan and take his place in the throne.
