- Jeff auditioned to by in an advertisement for a car dealership. He was sure he would get the part. When the casting directors said they were "going in a different direction" he was hysterical. Susie is a police officer on her first week of the job. She comes across a man and a turtle. The man, Jeff, is crying while keying a car.
- In a moment of peril, Jeff decides to run for it! He races down the street as fast as he can! Which is about the same speed as his pet and accomplice, Shelly. Susie is amused by this comedic situation and decides to let Jeff tire himself out before she arrests him. She tries to walk calmly behind Jeff but she can't help laughing.
- Jeff "runs" down the main street of town. Attracting the attention of many civilians. He sees an old man in a wheelchair and tries to steal it of him, hoping the wheels will help get away faster. Susie apologizes to the old man and swiftly arrests Jeff and Shelly.
