- Marshal argued the case of Brown vs Black in court and proceeded to give various examples on how its important that kids get to know each other even if they are off different color.
- Marshal fought for African American boys and girls to be in the same schools as Americans at court
- Equal means getting the same thing at the same time at the same place. By not letting African American children attend American schools what is the message of equality we are sending
- I see kids going to different schools and the when they come back they play ball together. This is the message we should send by not separating them and by being equal
- You bring up a good point Mr. Marshal. The court comes to the verdict that african-american boys and girls will go to the same school
- Marshal Ended up winning the case and african american boys and girls were allowed to go to their nearest public schools instead of schols built specifically for african americans
- I don't think that anyone will get hurt if you put an African American child at an American school. We should not be spoiling their childhood by segregating them

- After the court case the schools started to follow the courts order and started to let African American children into the schools
