  • If someone has obesity how will they know? Are there any symptoms for this condition?
  • Some of the symptoms for obesity include: Excess body fat,Shortness of breath,Sweating more than usual,Snoring,Trouble sleeping,Skin problems from moisture accumulating in the folds etc.

  • Obesity is a condition identified by excessive body fat that raises the possibility of health issues.

  • Unhealthy eating and poor exercise are the two main contributors to obesity. If you ingest a lot of calories, especially fat and sugar, but don't expend them through physical activity, the body will store a large portion of the excess calories as fat.
  • What causes obesity?
  • Oh wait wow! We never knew that! How did you prevent it?
  • In 2016 I actually struggled with obesity myself.Its all great thanks to all the help and support I got that ,I’m in great Heath and condition now!
  • Healthy eating habits,adding regular physical activity,and reducing sendtardy activity are all ways to prevent obesity
  • What type of diet was required? Could you have eaten anything or did you have to stop eating certain foods?
  • When struggling with obesity I was on a balanced diet.My diet required plenty of fruit and vegetables,whole grains,milk and dairy proucts,fish,eggs,beans.Just small amount of foods and drinks that are high in fat and low in sugar.My sugar intake was less than 10%.
  • I was strictly told to stay away from sugar sweetened beverages,fruit juice,refrained grains,and red meat.As it would have impacted my diet and made me gain more unnecessary weight.
