- Hi Asher! Have you heard about the Bill of Rights that is found in Article III of the 1987 Philippine Constitution? I really like the one that mentions the freedom of the due process of Law.
- Asher, if you broke the law, what would you do?
- Yes of Course, Avery. I like that one too. Section 3 the privacy of communication and correspondence will be inviolable except upon lawful order of the court, or when public safety or order requires otherwise, as prescribed by law. Any evidence obtained in violation of this or the preceding section will be inadmissible for any purpose in any proceeding.
- If I violate the government, I will be arrested by the relevant authorities such as the police or barangay if I have done something wrong in our society.
- Avery, if you have broken the law, what is it?
- Stealing from my parents own house but I told the truth to my family about what I violated and was forgiven.
- In order for us to obey the law, we need to be thorough so that we don't do wrong in our society.

- I wonder how the innocent people are imprisoned for no reason among innocent people.

- Eleanor! Shall be held accountable for a criminal offense without due process of law . How about you Ash?

- For me Caleb! If they have sinned against the law they have to surrender to the police and for the innocent ,they will not feel sorry for what they are doing.

- Eleanor and Caleb ! Look at the protestors because they are fighting for the innocent family that was just victimized.
- Eleanor and Caleb! If you are the defendant or you are quilty, will you surrender or not?

- Of course I will give up because I have broken a rule that is the law.
- Yes, If it were me, I would just give up so that no one else would be harmed.

- As a student i like the section 2 in Bill of Rights 1987 Philippine Constitution Freedom and Justice.
- Our Right to be free and right and freedom in justice in our country.
