  • Do you have a goal that you want to accomplish but failed because you thought it was impossible? Here's a method of setting goals called "SMART Goals". SMART is an acronym for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely.
  • Setting SMART Goals
  • In order to stay healthy, you need to keep your health triangle balanced. The three sides of the triangle are physical health, mental/emotional health, and social health. Physical health is how you are doing physically. Some things you can do to help your physical health is by eating healthy, exercising for at least an hour a day, and making sure you get enough sleep. Mental or emotional health is is how you and your emotions are doing mentally. Some things to help your mental health are having a hobby you enjoy doing, using breathing exercises to cope with stress, Social health is how you are doing socially. Some things that will benefit your social health is by spending time with friends and family, and talking to people often.
