- This vote is so unfair.
- The Necklace: Madame Loisel and her husband have just arrived home from the party. Loisel is admiring herself in the mirror when, in horror, realizes that the diamond necklace is gone. She and her husband try their best to find the necklace, but have no luck.
- The Lottery: Bill Hutchinson and his family redraw due to Tessie and his wife Mrs. Hutchinson claiming that the vote was unfair. They each pull out a slip of paper from the box and Tessie ends up getting the marked piece of paper. The crowd sets in and she is stoned.
- come get it!
- The Possibility of evil: Miss Strangeworth is going out for her evening walk to the post office after writing mean letters for other people. She makes it to the post office while some kids are talking. She puts the letters in but drops one without noticing. Some kids pick it up and give it to the receivers, exposing Miss Strangeworth.
- The most dangerous game: Rainsford is running through the forest trying to avoid getting caught by Zaroff. He sets a trap meant for the general, but ends up catching Ivan instead. To escape, he jumps off the cliff near the house and into the water.
- Cask of Amontillado: Montresor takes Fortunato into the catacombs and lures him into a bait over an expensive alcohol. He then gets him drunker and chains him to the wall. Montresor then blocks up the wall.
- Lamb to the slaughter: Mrs.Maloney kills her husband with the leg of a lamb after he tells her he is going to leave. She then puts up an act and calls the police to have them come and investigate. She then tricks the cops into eating the murder weapon
