- I guess I'm feeling cold because my body heat is transferred to the cold surrounding.
- That's right Since your body heat is transferred to the surrounding, we call this a exothermic process.
- Exothermic process gives off heat and transfer thermal energy from the system to the surroundings
- Since I'm feeling hot, I guess I am getting a heat energy from the surrounding.
- Endothermic process are processes where heat is supplied to the system by the surroundings
