We think that everyone must own a dog.
I think this idea is no good, not everyone is going to want or need a dog.
Well I think this is a great idea it can teach people things and could benefit people in many ways.
How about at least one dog per house unless someone has a serious issue.

The first reading, where people tell the house of commons there bill.
Our committee has come up with adamants to part B, every home must have at least one dog unless you have reasonable issues as to why you cant.
The second reading, they bring the bill in for a second time and it is up for debate.
We support this bill, it will give lots of dogs a home and will benefit people as well.

This bill has passed the house of commons and the senator. I think that this is an amazing idea everyone should own a dog.
The bill is brought back for another reading with the adamants the committee has come up with.
The bill is then read a third time and passes. Then it goes off to the senate. And much later in the senate after the bill is introduced and passed the 1st and 2nd readings.
In the Governor Generals office, your bill gets passed.
