- In 1515 - 1543Nicolaus Copernicus came up with the Heliocentric theory However this theory wasn't fully accept or confirmed since it was against the Church's Believe and the technology wasn't that good enough to prove it.
- In 1632 , Galileo had prove the theory correct. He had been told to stop and even arrested for doing the trials he still kept going, he spent over half of his life trying to prove the theory until he found out that the Jupiter has moons orbiting around them which is a proof that the Heliocentric theory is true.
- 1620: Francis Bacon is known for the man who discoverer of one of our common knowledge; scientific method, he spend his whole life observing the nature, therefore become famous for his promotion of the scientific method.
