  • Somewhere within this building is a secret annex that eight people used as a hide-out during WWII and the Holocaust. The diary of Anne Frank reveals the different levels of conflict, written in her personal diary. This lesson teaches six types of narrative conflicts as follows: Man vs man, man vs self, man vs nature, man vs society, man vs technology, and man vs supernatural. In the Diary of Anne Frank, the families witnessed many conflicts that were interpersonal but specifically "man -vs- society" because if it weren't for the Nazis regime take over, then they would have never gone into hiding.
