- This means: Murata is asked to support 39.7 Bio pcs. .... ....we will discuss with our factory and come back to you
- Thank you Murata for continous support.2022 we want to continue with same share as 21.You have already the EDI for next year available and can start evaluating. Can you please confirm price and qty?

- We have a great opportunity to keep share, take over TDK demand and also get a healthy margin on our portfolio with Customer
- We have enough EDI data to start calculation. We will send you an excel file
- But than we will loose share!?! Are you sure?
- Yes we are sure about this! But first lets wait the official RfQ, by when we will get it?
- But we do not want to increase price and want to keep suppliable qty for your customer on only 29.7 Bio pcs. We do not have more.
- Many discussions with the Customer in September and October
- We have a only limited capacity and we might not meet your almost 40 Bio pcs. And your product mix is very old. We might have to increase the price for old legacy parts.
- Why does it take it so long for Murata to confirm the requested qty?
- Stable supply is more important than price currently. We might be willing to accept price adjustments if you confirm the demand.

- OK, 33 Bio we can do, but some conditions apply:Stable usage every month and it must be fully consumed by customer.
- We already agreed in before with customer that these conditions can be accepted. Thank you very much!!!!
- Dear PD: Please do confirm a minimum of 33 Bio. We can cover the remaining portion with existing consignment stock and also we are sure that this will not be actual demand in next year

- We can confirm your quantity, but you need to order it evenly spread out over the year and you need to take it all
