- You work all day and have no time for Sally and I!
- Rose and Matthew have been happily married for 1 year and they just had their first baby girl, Sally. Their marriage has been good up until this point. They have been fighting nonstop over the baby and Rose has suggested a divorce.
- You can't be complaining, you get to stay home all day while I make the money in this family.
- I deserve full custody of Sally since I'm the only one taking care of her anyway! I also want the house, since you are never even home!
- Rose and Matthew go to court to settle their divorce. They negotiate 4 things- child custody, child support, spousal support and division of assets. Since Rose doesn't have a job or income, and Matthew has a high paying job, he will need to pay a lot of money in spousal and child support. The division of assets will be difficult since they did not sign a prenuptial agreement.
- You can't take the house! I worked hard for it! I should have signed a prenup. I think we should do 50/50 custody.
- $34731 TOTAL A MONTH! THIS IS INSANE!
- The court first decided custody of Sally to be 6 days with Rose and 1 day with Matthew. The child support ended up being $7986 monthly, and spousal support was $26745, since Rose has zero income she received a lot. For the assets, Rose ended up winning the house and car, she had a great lawyer!
- Now Sally and I can continue our lives in peace without you!
