  • Hello! How can I help you?
  • What should Andre do?

  • Option #1: Repeat the credit card numbers.
  • I'd be happy to pull up the details of an order. What do you need?
  • Option #1: Repeat the credit card numbers.
  • You are pretty sure you have talked with Tina at the water cooler and remember she's a nice lady. You really don't want her to get in trouble, so you give her the card number. Unfortunately, she hangs up pretty quickly. The next day, your supervisor sends out a message that a customer's card information was compromised and the last known use was this company. You get called into HR a few minutes later.
  • I'm...uh...busy. Gotta go- thanks, man!
  • Here you go, Tina! Hey, do you plan on going to the cooperate BBQ next week?

  • Option #2: You notice too many red flags, so you decline to share any information.
  • Tina seems to really want those numbers and the fact that she is calling from an unfamiliar number only makes it more strange. After you hang up with Tina, you put in a report to your supervisor about the strange call.
  • Come on! You are going to make me lose my job.
  • Sorry Tina. I can't share that information.
  • I would recommend you check in with your supervisor! Have a good day.
  • Nice work! Continue on to the next scenario.
