  • Hey, we both live in 'Federal Republics,' right? That means our local states and your regions handle their own business while the big bosses in D.C. or Moscow run the country.

  • We have a Parliament and Courts, but the President is the 'Guarantor of the Constitution'he sits above the branches rather than being equal to them, and looks more like a dictator instead of normal presidents.
  • Our system is a three-way tug-of-war between Congress, the Courts, and the President to keep power balanced. Who checks your President?

  • Yeah, but because of that much power, the President of Russia can do whatever he wants inside of a country. And because of that, we have one of the lowest places in terms of freedom, freedom of speech, etc,. and have one of the highest corruption levels
