A Wonderful husband to his wife, Martha Frank and an awesome father to his kids. A nice and friendly guy to all, who  has close friends and family. He works as a carpenter at his own struggling business, where he's not making much money. He is a good guy who hasn't gotten in trouble with the law, recently. He is considered a suspect because he was known to be at the police station on the day of the crime.
A known Criminal at the Oklahoma State Police Department. He has been in jail and has committed  many crimes before. He loves starting fires and vandalizing places. He was seen outside of the police department on the day of the crime, and because he's well known they consider him a prime suspect. It was also his file that was found burned in the dumpster, making him suspicious
A new Police officer at the Oklahoma State police department.  He hasn't had much job experience yet and doesn't have many friends. He is very quiet, so people don't know much about him, other than he cheated his way through the police program. So no one really associates with him. He  was at the Police department on the day the file was pronounced missing, making him a  suspects.
