- Good Morning Staff's, Today the purpose i'm agreeing the meeting to talk about few issues that i have received
- the first issue regarding account department;- where some of students' accounts had been blocked due to the study fees- account department will clarify which student and send an email or letter to the student to finalize the payment within 10 working daysThe second issueisin the classroom where some aircond and projectors not working well-the maintenance will check every class and then fix it-if still cannot be fixed then we change to the new one
- The student can’t submit the assignment or any tutorial in E-klas website and can’t check the time table due to the account has been blocked. To overcome this problem student should pay and settle the account matters.
- I really disappointed with the management of Account Department although I already paid the fees, they blocked my access to Eklas system till I notify them• I am not happy with the classroom facilities, everytime I have a class at this room the aircond never function well.
- -MSU classroom faces many issues such as air conditioner is not cold enough and the projector having issues to present the screen. To solve this matter, maintenance department will be inform with this issue.-MSU is lacking brand image and public awareness of our university.
- -students would be confused as to many wedsite to access.-it would be expensive in order to execute this plan.-requires huge time to execute this plan
- the last issue is on how to expand the university name- do some charity activity by giving donations or offer some cleaning services at old folk houses or orphanages
