- I listen to what the parents say as well as give any of the recommendations that they might have a chance.
- How do you deal with parents of students will special needs?
- I also provide parent's with a survey and a section for them to fill out regarding any accommodations that they may have for their child. This gives me documentations that I can refer to at any time.

- No, I have not.
- You should look into Gina's story. It is what motivated me to make changes in how I interact with parents and students with special needs. I always tell parents to read into Gina 's story so that they can understand that they can have a voice for their child.
- One of the biggest changes I made, was to allow parents to have a guideline of what the students will learn and have one to two days where the parents can come in and observe. By allowing them to observe they can see if how and what I teach is helping their child.
