- Also in liberalism, the state's role is to minimalize market failures!
- I am the ghost of liberalism. States can benefit through trade by understanding comparative advantage.
- Individuals are the important actors. I view IPE in terms of harmony among states.
- State should export what is cheap, and import what is costly.
- There is maybe hope for him.
- No! I am the ghost of Marxism. I critique the capitalist system. Capitalism has created great wealth imbalance, and inequality. This will lead to a workers revolution against the capitalist system.

- I view IPE in terms of the means of production and wage labor.
- The important actor is the capitalist class. The role of the state is protect capital and the agents of capitalism.
