- Jerry?! Isn't he the HOD of finance? What could he be complaining about?

- Thank you for the compliment and I'm just trying my best.
- Hey Jeff. Jeff I forwarded your complaint and you will receive feedback by tomorrow.
- Hey Ted. Thank you so much. They surely picked the right person as shop steward.
- It's a pleasure.
- Ted pulls himself together and returns the next day intending to handle the complaints. Still overwhelmed by the complaint load, he starts working.
- Really?! Will call him now!!
- This tea break is surely needed for you, you've been up and down whole day.
- By the way, John has been calling me whole morning looking for you.
- He stumbles upon the HOD of finance complaint, which he finds strange and reminisces about it but continue working anyway.
- Hey John! I heard you were looking for me.
- So, they letting you handle all the complaints.
- Ok cool, bye!!
- Ted delivers the last complaint, which is Jeffs, HOD of finance, complaint. They speak for a while and soon departs after Jeff congratulates him.
- The end.
- I wonder what my wife is cooking.
- Finally done working.
- Ted speaks to Jenifer during lunch, where they vent together about work. Jenifer reminds him that John has been looking for him, Ted hurries to make the call.
- Been handling complaints whole day so you can expect that I'd be up and down. But, as I worked I became more calm doing it.
- Ted and John have a nice laugh over the cellphone because John is complaining about management giving him all the complaints that Ted has sent over to be handled.
- After a long day at work, Ted finally goes home, reminiscing about what his wife has prepared at home.
