- Mr. Myers, if you committed this crime of murdering your girlfriend, I cannot offer you a bail. The severity of this crime prohibits me from doing so.

- Good Morning, your honor. I'm Nancy Morris and I am the state prosecutor. It says here on our report that you were the last person to call her and see her. This us plenty of reason that you committed the crime.
