- This war was about the Athenians vs the Persians. 20,000 Persians landed on the shore and waited for the 10,00 Athenians to attack them. they got impatient and loaded most of their men onto ships. Once they did this, the Athenians immediately went down to attack. Because the Persians loaded most of their men onto the ships and the Athenians surprised them, The Athenians ended up winning.

- The Spartans Had to hold off the Persians in order for the Athenians to escape from shore. They fought in a narrow mountain pass. A local Greek Traitor showed the Persians back way into the Mountain pass. All of the Persians and their allies die meaning the Persians win, but the Athenians were still able to escape the shore

- The Athenian general says to abandon Athens and let the Persians take it. The Persians then attacked and destroyed Polis salamis. The 300 Athenian ships miraculously won against the 1,200 ships. They won because the big, slow Persian ships were no match for the small, fast, and well-built Athenian ships. The small ships built by the Athenians moved and turned more well in the narrow pass.
