- I acknowledge your concerns on the issue of shootings in the United States. However, I don't believe that stricter gun laws will decrease the amount of shootings
- Dangerous mass shootings have been going up significantly! I believe we need to discuss this issue. First and foremost, I believe we need stricter legislation on gun control.

- What makes you think this way? We believe that the ease of access to guns is letting guns fall into the hands of dangerous individuals. We should enforce more thorough background checks and enforce restrictions on dangerous firearms such as assault-style weapons and high magazines.

- That is a great suggestion, however, our perspective on gun control differs in the fact that we believe in individual freedoms, and stricter gun laws restricts our freedoms to carry guns for protection listed in the constitution.

- I am willing to compromise on this idea. Further background checks seems like a probable solution which doesn't restrict the gun purchaser's ability to buy a certain gun they want. I respect your suggestion.
- Okay. We may disagree on how we should be able to express our freedoms with guns, however since our party and your party both believe in preventing people on no fly lists from purchasing guns according to Pew Research Center, I believe we should make legislature enforcing background checks.
