We meet Mary Maloney and her husband Patrick. We see that Mary is very affectionate towards Patrick, while Patrick isn’t.

Rising action
I want a divorce.
I’ll go fix up some supper.
Patrick sits Mary down and says he wants a divorce. Mary is so shocked and replies with,“ I’ll go fix up some supper.”

Climax
Mary gets lamb from the freezer and swings it at Patrick. He is now dead.

Good evening, Mrs. Maloney. How are you?
Hello Sam. I would like potatoes and a can of beans.
She goes to the store to try to cover up what she did.

We can’t find the murder weapon
Mary comes back home, acts like seeing Patrick dead is a shock to her and calls the police.

Resolution
That’s why the weapon should be easy to find. I think it’s near the house.
That’s a big bar the murderer must have used to hit Patrick.
It’s probably right under our noses

The police try to find the murder weapon but can’t. After a long time of searching, Mary offers them supper.
