Canada
We have learned the lesson from trying to expand into Canada in the past and the devastation of closing stores in 2015. Expanding into Canada now will allow for us to explore new demographics and spread our community awareness. We will start small and not try to overextend ourselves as we did. Starting with a few stores and learning more from our marketing plans with demographics will allow for this expansion once again.

Mexico
Expanding into Mexico will be a new adventure for us. Target in Mexico will allow for the same type of contrast as there is in the US. People will have the ability to choose where they want to shop and have the exclusive brands that so many customers love that we offer. Starting off small and looking at demographics will allow for us to be successful in Mexico.

Maintaining high quality products at affordable prices will be key to the success we will have in Canada as well as Mexico. Learning the different needs and desires of the area we choose to be a part of the community in will be a staple in our growing power in foreign countries. We enhanced our technology, supply chain and inventory management with the goal of spurring growth.
