In this scene we see that all three friends get back together and the prop in which will be used will be some form of clip or lock picking device. This will be the Mise En Scene in which will help the children gain access into the property.
The three children enter the janitor’s home and find themselves stuck in a situation. The Mise En Scene that will be used will be the prop of the gun and the tool in which the janitor will use to kill the children one by one as he is unaware of who the children are and feels as though thieves have broken into his house. Within this scene he is looking around to try and find the boys.
In this scene a close up will be used to show the item of significance and a shot reverse shot to show the fear on the boys and girl face as they are being killed one by one by the janitor.
In the final scene the use of a tilt will be used to show the element of who the most powerful person in the scene is. The janitor will use a gun to try and kill the final individual, however a the teacher who had the pupils in detention will walk in and due to the sound of the door the janitor will fire the gun but the audience will never found out who got shot. The movie will end on a cliff-hanger.
