  • Injury Prevention DuringActivityInjuries can happen at any time, whether you are competing in an organized physical activity or just doing a daily chore. When injuries happen, you may feel like you can just push through the injury and continue with normal activities. You may think that if you ignore the pain or symptoms, the injury will just go away.
