- I attempt to explain how to resolve a dispute between two coworkers in this comic strip. Sam asks Ava for assistance in responding to a customer inquiry, but Ava refuses since she has a deadline to meet and doesn't want to waste time. Since then, Ava and Sam have been at odds. Ava knows that what she did was extremely wrong of her and makes an effort to apologize.
