- I have saved you from being killed so early in this battle
- Zeus saved his son from destruction that he might not fall by the ships 'sterns.
- TrojansPlan to Break Wall of The Greeks
- Trojans up, up break the wall of the Greeks
- Zeus gave the greater glory to Hector son of Priam, who was first to spring towards the wall of the Greeks.
- Patroclus Crying
- Why are you crying like a little child?
- Then Patroclus drew near to Achilles with tears welling from his eyes, as from some spring whose crystal stream falls over the ledges of a highprecipice.
- Sarpedon Dead
- Sarpedon is finally dead
- Patroclus then aimed in his turn, and the spear sped not from his handin vain, for he hit Sarpedon just where the midriff surrounds the ever-beating heart.
