A Much Needed Explanation
The Hunt Begins
As Rainsford and Whitney were on their way to the Amazon Rainforest, Rainsford falls off the boat and is stuck, surrounded by nothing but water!
Taking a Swim
Rainsford eventually swims to a spooky island that he spotted on the boat. It was very ominous and called, "Ship Trap Island". When he knocked on the door of the only house there, he was greeted by an abnormally large man named Ivan. Eventually another man comes out who seems less odd. His name is General Zaroff, who apparently knows Rainsford! Although General Zaroff seems less odd at first glance, he has a secret that Rainsford doesn't know yet...
The Final Fued
General Zaroff explains how he hunts humans and forces Rainsford to either be hunted for 2 days by him, or get tortured by Ivan! Rainsford agrees to do the hunt. He hides in a tree on the first day. Although General Zaroff spots him doing so, he lets him live out of pity. The next day also runs decently smoothly, with Rainsford still surviving.
Victory At Last
On the final day, things get less stable. It leads to Rainsford having to jump off of Ship Trap Island, leaving him back in the water, to hide from General Zaroff!
Rainsford had swam around the island, sneaks back back into General Zaroff's house. He gets into his bedroom and sneaks up on General Zaroff...
Let's just say that Rainsford got to live another day. We can't say the same about General Zaroff, though.
