- the long war that lasted years against the duke of tintagil finally came to the end as king uther ruler of all Britain was told of the beauty of lady Igraine the dukes' wife.
- king uther invites them over to his court for a feast and as king uther grew passionately desirous of igraine and king uther begged her to become his paramour however being as loyal as she was she refused him.
- igraine told her husband the duke when this happened and the king had arranged this truce only because he wanted to make her his mistress and suggested they leave at once and they left the court secretly and headed back to tingail and battled agained.
- sir ulfius goes out to find merlin the prophet and finds a begger that results to be merlin and sir ulfius goes to to report back to king uther and merlin is outside the doors and he talks to the king and devised a plan inorder to get the dukes wife to be kings uther.
- the king uther dies to an illness and then people start fihgting for the throne and merlin addressed that aruthur the kings son shall rule the throne.
- once all nobles and all the others knew that aruthur could take the sword out the stone they all got amazed and quicklyknelt to aruthur and demanded him to be made king.
