- Hashem, you just did so many things to save Bnei Yisrael. All the other nations think so positively of you. If you destroy us just like that (so quickly) they will think and say מבּלתי יכלת ה׳ להביא ת העם הזה אל הארץ אשר נשבּע להם וישחטם בּמדבּר - Hashem is not able to brring this nation to the land that he promised them and therefore he killed them all in the desert (Quote 7).
- Hi, I'm Rashi. I have a question on 2 words in פּסוק יג. In פּסוק יג it says כּי העלית. I'm going to say so stuff about it. When the Mitzim hear that you, Hashem, killed your nation, they won't say that Bnei Yisrael sinned against you. Rather they will say, שכּנגדם יכולת להלחם - against the Mitzrim, Hashem is able to fight (quote 8). But against those who live in Eretz Yisrael, he is only strong enough to fight against the Mitzrayim.
- All the men who saw my honor and miracles that I did in Mitzrayim and the desert, they tested me 10 times and they didn't listen to my voice. They will not see the land that I promised to their fathers. And my servants Kalev, since he had a different way of acting and he copied, he will go to the land I promised. And Kalev's children ( Kalev and everyone who followed Hashem) will inherit the land. But go back to the Midbar because you will not be entering for a long time.
- The י״ג מיזות הרחמים means "13 descriptions of Hashem's kindness". The י״ג מיזות הרחמים describe how Hashem is so kind, caring, compassionate, merciful ect... towards Bnei Yisrael. Even when we do something wrong he want to help us then punish us. Here's a few examples: 1) ארף אפים - Hashem is slow to anger. 2) רב חסד - Hashem Is so kind that he focuses on the Mitzvot even when they are done with averot. 3) נצר חסד לאלהים - Hashem carefully remembers the good we did , and repays us for many generations. 4) ונקה - If we made a mistake, but try to be better he will not punish us.
- Please Hashem, forgive the sin of this nation, your kindness is so great. Just like you carried them (took care of them) from mitzrayim until now.
